danny levin is a multi instrumentalist and singer who has his own music production studio. he plays piano, violin, cello and has worked with virtually everyone. he came in with his nutbars and they played several pieces. nutbars include emily gimbell (granddaughter of johnny), voice and piano, alice spencefr, voice, jon blondell, bass and trombone, and james gwyn, drums. you'll enjoy new orleans, lulu's back in town, a mazurka, cake song, gone fishin', and makin' whoopie.

the austin museum of art presents the texas chair project
artist damian priour, (whose name by the way is french, pree'-or, not pry'-or), conceived of this unique project. he created 100 small chairs in his medium, stone and glass. each fit into a box, 8x8x8. these he sent to 100 artists around the state and requested that each return a chair representing the artist's work for a potential exhibit. a risky business all round. they needed a 50% return for the exhibit. 90% of the artists responded with chairs! the exhibit opens with a gala for members...
