Since the "Sweetest Town in Texas" only has about 2000 people, Deena spent a lot of time @ the pasture with her grandparents, Friday night football games, and (of course) Wal-Mart. She got her first job in radio @ the age of 17 at KOYN in Paris...Texas. After working the evening shift for about 3 1/2 years, Deena packed up & moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas. Deena received her RTF degree in May 2000 & eventually joined the WESC team. Deana enjoys spending time with her Jack Russell Terrier, Big Tex.
